1:1 training Services
I will work with you closely, listening to your goals and designing a plan to help you achieve these goals. This includes working with your schedule and the equipment that you have available.
Some specifics that I often address with clients include:
Postural restoration: Combating dysfunctional postural adaptations and asymmetrical muscular activation patterns. This starts with proper breathing mechanics as we breathe over 20,000 times a day; with diaphragmatic function being closely linked to full body movement capabilities.
Mobility training: Gaining strength through a full range of motion to improve functional independence in daily life. Active mobility is important to train for physical performance and resilience against injury.
Personal training: General strength and conditioning work tailored towards your needs. Cardiovascular health and muscle mass are closely linked with all cause mortality and are vital components of physical performance and healthy aging.
Motor skill development: Retraining and acquiring new motor patterns (i.e. walking, running, or sport specific movements). Allows for quicker acquisition of new motor tasks. This approach takes into account your ability to adapt movements to different environments or challenges.
