One of my favorite ways to learn in the movement sciences is to read research articles and discuss them with friends. Organizations and resources in this field have varying schools of thought and it is often difficult to decipher material and translate this into what is most helpful for you and your clients. Going directly to the source allows you to draw your own conclusions, and figure out the best course of action for how to apply tools for yourself and your clients.
